Activity Idea: Waymarked trails

Marked trails: Treetops trail, Heathland trail, Nature trail, Sculpture trail, Tree trail, Children’s trail

Marked trails may be provided as information and education media and may be a means of attracting visitors.

Such facility provision may be an expensive initial capital investment, but visitors may pay for high quality and interesting information. Payment is often taken for a printed guide rather than for the trail per se.
